A Health Reimbursement Account is an account that allows Lucky Strike Entertainment to contribute money for you to use toward your out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drug expenses. Available to those enrolled in the Standard HRA Plan, Lucky Strike Entertainment funds $1,000 to help offset a portion of your deductible.

Are you eligible?
You are eligible if you are enrolled in the Standard HRA medical plan.
How do I access these funds?
You will be provided with a debit card to pay for the first $1,000 of medical, dental, vision, prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drug expenses.
After you reach the deductible, you pay for a set portion of each service (your coinsurance).
HRA contribution amounts are prorated based on the month you enter the plan.
